Restaurant "Semifreddo" is located not far from the railway station, on Georgiya Kirpy street.
There are spacious summer terrace with live plants and the restaurant itself, which occupies two floors. The feature of the place is an open kitchen on the ground floor, where, in front of visitors, traditional pizza is baked in wood-burning oven, and the dishes are cooked. Interior recreates the atmosphere of classical Italian restaurant and is made in casual style. The halls are dominated by pastel shades, finished with honey-coloured woods and natural leather. The ground floor of the restaurant is occupied with open kitchen with pizza oven, common table for large guest company and bar. The hall has a lot of light, panoramic windows and various live plants, that bring comfort and harmony.
Menu focuses on traditional Italian dishes, cooked by chefs according to classical and old recipes. Specialty of the house is pinza “Semifreddo". This dish is the ancestor of modern pizza. The dough is kneaded from several varieties of flour and special starter.
Specialties of the house are also:
- black ravioli with veal cheeks,
- Dorado aqua paza,
- duck thigh in apple and orange juice,
- tomato soup with seafood.
There is a shrimp menu, where special positions are:
- large plateau of Argentine shrimps with sauces,
- tiger shrimps in garlic sauce with crispy ciabatta,
- grilled shrimps with tomatoes and basil.
Traditional Italian desserts semifreddo, based on cold cream, including semifreddo tiramisu, chocolate semifreddo with berries, semifreddo "Carnival" with blueberries and mango, lemon, raspberry and mango semifreddo are served. A wide selection of different brands of wines, as well as home-made tinctures are offered.
The restaurant has specially developed children's menu, and professional animators are engaged with children on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
