Restaurant "Tbiliso" meets its guests on the third floor of shopping and entertainment centre "Dream Town" on Obolonskyi avenue.
Menu offers an assortment of authentic Georgian dishes, cooked by chefs according to old recipes. All dishes are made from under the knife.
The main emphasis is made on a variety of khachapuri, khinkali, as well as on tapaka chicken in three different sauces - chkmeruli, tomato or creamy-wine.
Specialties of the house include:
- khachapuri in Adzharian,
- khinkali with veal and pork,
- lobio with mushrooms,
- phalis on home-made shotipuri,
- Georgian soup with veal,
- ojahuri,
- chashushuli,
- kebab lulya,
- pork shish-kebab.
Guests can taste special homemade ice-cream, sorbet, honey-nut cake or baklava in Georgian.
Menu has a section with sauces with special sauce from chef, recommended for meat dishes of the restaurant.
Extensive wine list consists of selected varieties of wine, delivered straight from Georgia. Special red semi-dry Saperavi wine with a cherry finish and white semi-dry wine Rkatsiteli with berry flavour are served.
In addition, there are coffee in Georgian and cocktails, based on Chacha. Interior is decorated in light pastel colours, designed in modern style with elements of ethnic decor.
