Fish restaurant ""The Seafood Bar"" is located on Lesi Ukrainky boulevard, not far from the metro station “Pecherska”.
There are large aquarium with fresh oysters, long bar, two spacious halls and small VIP room.
Original interior is made in marine theme: light gray, blue and white shades in decoration, natural wood furniture, panoramic windows, walls in the form of fish scales made of clay, cone-like lamps, live plants, natural stone finish. The kitchen is half open at the restaurant.
There are popular Scandinavian, European and Mediterranean dishes in the author's interpretation of the chef.
Guests can order meals with oysters, shrimps, mussels, octopus, crab and lobster.
Sea delicacies are served in the plateau format and in the form of independent dishes. There is an extensive raw-menu.
Specialties of the house are:
- sashimi from salmon Label Rouge,
- Soup cioppino from seafood,
- flat bread from a wood-burning stove with a smoked salmon,
- fish ""Turtle"",
- Poke a bowl with tuna,
- steak from salmon with spinach,
- pasta with shrimps and lemon ricotta,
- mussels in creamy saffron sauce,
- carpaccio with octopuses.
There are special desserts: cheesecake with passion fruit, chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream, sorbet.
The pride of the restaurant is also an extensive wine list, which represents over eight hundred bottles of wine from around the world.
Guests can also order homemade lemonades and signature teas.
The bar serves author's cocktails, among which are Basil Beauty based on vodka, passion fruit syrup, pineapple fresh and basil.
