There is a restaurant ""Tin Tin"" in Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv on Vyacheslava Lypynskogo street, on the territory of the cycle track.
Spacious hall with panoramic windows includes bar and open kitchen, so that guests can observe the process of cooking ordered dishes.
Original interior is made in grey colour scheme, the walls are decorated with illustrations from comics about Tintin, and the ceiling space is decorated with wheels from bicycles, painted in orange.
Guests can sit on the outdoor summer terrace in warm months.
Menu includes an assortment of authentic Vietnamese dishes, as well as fusion cuisine.
Specialties of the house are:
- chicken fillet with spicy butter and lemon grass, pineapple confiture and glazed berries,
- quail in a coffee sauce with a stewed pear and mashed potatoes from Jerusalem artichoke,
- beef in kumquat sauce with cucumber noodles, kiwi sauce with mint, almond flakes and chilli,
- spicy soup ""Boon Bo Hue"" with Vietnamese sausages, beef, pineapple and dressing from lemon grass and tamarind,
- glass noodles ""Mi Mien Chai"" with mushrooms shiitake and moer, bamboo, sharp eggplant,
- salad ""Du-du” with papaya, seafood and sweet and sour sauce.
Specialties from the chef are hummus from a mix of lotus and chick pea ""Moon Eey"", salmon, steamed with lemongrass and cilantro ""Sa Hoy Chien"".
There are original desserts: pumpkin cream-brulee with cilantro gel and caramelised pumpkin seeds or passion fruit cream with coconut chips, coconut yoghurt, pineapple-coconut foam and Vietnamese basilica ""Hai Zua"".
