""Tri"" is a restaurant of vegetarian cuisine, which includes fresh bar, buffet and family centre. It is located on Gonchara street in the very center of Kyiv.
Guests are offered dishes, cooked from natural and seasonal products without the use of meat, fish, eggs, sugar, yeast, white flour and milk. Organic menu items of the restaurant pass minimal heat treatment, which allows to preserve useful qualities of foods.
Specialties of the house are:
- envelope of whole wheat flour with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, mushrooms,
- soup Minestrone,
- green celery and avocado soup,
- risotto with pear and cardamom,
- walnut-carrot paste,
- mix salad with walnuts, grapes and gongonzola,
- lasagna from whole-grain flour with eggplant, mozzarella and vegetables.
An assortment of desserts without chemical additives, baking powder and flavour enhancers is represented: pumpkin tiramisu, coconut-carrot cake, nut pie with cream from cashew.
There are fresh juice, smoothies, organic teas of own production, milkshakes on nut milk, coffee drinks based on Sicilian arabica.
