There is a fish restaurant on the water "Vydubychi Zamok” on Naberezhno-Pecherska street in Pechersky district of Kyiv, near the bridge Patona. There is a fish restaurant on the water "Vydubychi Zamok” on Naberezhno-Pecherska street in Pechersky district of Kyiv, near the bridge Patona.

There are three banquet halls, each of them has original interior. Fireplace hall has the atmosphere of old English castle. Banquet hall of the restaurant is made in pastel shades, in style of modern classics. Spacious and bright Panoramic hall is decorated in Provencal style, there is a picturesque view of the left bank of the Dnipro from windows.

In addition, there is an open summer terrace right near the water.

Menu consists of popular dishes of European, Mediterranean, Caucasian, Ukrainian culinary. The features are its extensive fish menu and open kitchen. Visitors can take part in catching fish from special aquariums, where there are sterlet, sturgeon, paddlefish, catfish, crucian carp, trout, live crabs, lobsters, oysters.

Specialties of the house are:

  • sturgeon with lemon-cream sauce,
  • lobster with fish-vegetable sauce,
  • tails of mini-lobsters in Thermidor style,
  • salad from avocado and salmon,
  • warm salad from veal and Dor-blue cheese,
  • fish plate,
  • unagi,
  • tar-tar of salmon,
  • mussels with potato croquettes,
  • special beer dish with champignons in deep fried, cheese sticks and chicken wings.
In addition, fish and meat are cooked on open fire. There are shish-kebab of sturgeon with narsharab sauce, shish-kebab from catfish with tar-tar sauce, pork ribs with tomato-honey sauce.

Special desserts are melphey and chocolate fondant.

The emphasis is made on a wide selection of different brands of French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chilean, Australian, Argentinean and Georgian wines. Guests can enjoy live music in the evening.
