Restaurant "Central Bar" welcomes its guests in the heart of Odesa, on Ekaterininska square. Spacious hall is decorated in loft style.
There is a barber shop inside. Also there are stage with professional musical equipment and acoustics, main hall, bar counter and private area.
Menu of the restaurant offers guests dishes of European and Japanese cooking, made according to author's recipes.
Guests can order complex breakfast in the mornings. There is a section with vegetarian dishes. The main emphasis is made on meat dishes, including corporate steaks.
Menu includes:
- carpaccio of salmon,
- veal tar-tar,
- cream soup with spinach, salmon and shiitake,
- grilled veal and spinach salad,
- chicken nuggets with cheese,
- shrimps with spicy sauce,
- spinach pasta with chicken steak,
- quince lamb sous-vide,
- beef steak on the basis of juniper berries.
Special dessert is fried cream ice-cream on crisp biscuit. There are coffee cocktails, fresh juices, smoothies and special teas.
The bar menu includes draft beer and a number of original author's cocktails. Live music sounds in the evenings, and popular music bands often perform.
