Guests are greeted in a karaoke restaurant "Vanity" on Katerininska street in Prymorskyi district of Odesa.
Interior is designed in eclectic style: soft sofas and armchairs, carved wood, columns, bar counter with original lamps. There are main hall, as well as two private halls, equipped with modern karaoke equipment: "Sapphire" and "Emerald" halls.
Menu offers popular European and Japanese dishes, cooked by chef. Guests can order cold and hot snacks, plateau snacks for the company, salads, soups, main dishes and oysters.
Specialties of the house are:
- salad with Norwegian salmon, chuko and avocado,
- rack of milk lamb with spinach-cream sauce,
- veal sous-vide under wine sauce with garnish of baby-vegetables under spicy creamy sauce,
- duck fillet with carrot biscuit and Madera sauce,
- risotto with seafood,
- corn cream soup with veal ribs under miso sauce,
- salmon in marinade with cream cheese and crispy toast,
- saute from seafood.
Special chocolate fondant with pistachio ice-cream on vanilla, Japanese mochi, Napoleon cake with vanilla biscuit and mint powder are offered for dessert.
