There is one of the restaurant-bakeries of "SPEZZO" network on the Rusanovska Embankment opposite the left slope of the river Dnipro.
Interior of the house recreates cozy atmosphere of traditional Italian restaurant. The vast space of the main hall is divided into several zones. It is decorated in warm brown and sand tones with live plants, finished with natural wood. There are olive trees, shelves with wooden elements, large armchairs and sofas, and copper plates hang on the ceiling. There is a small cozy VIP lounge on the lower floor. Children's playroom is equipped with slide, multi-storey labyrinth and toys.
Menu offers a wide range of traditional Italian dishes, which are served in the author's interpretation of the chef. Feature of the restaurant-bakery is that chefs themselves make bread, hand-made pasta and cook cheeses. Guests can watch the process of baking bread in the open kitchen, as well as buy pastries from special showcase. There are several types of focaccio, potato bread Tortano, ciabatta and pizza on a thin dough with a rich selection of ingredients. Menu contains various pastas and antipastas.
The restaurant has mozzarella bar. Special feature is also a large selection of cheeses, which are produced in their own cheese plant by special Italian technology. In the cheeses section, Guests can find mozzarella, skarmozza, kachotta, buratta, kachochavallo, stratochella, buffalo and ricotta.
Specialties of the house are:
- spaghetti with cuttlefish ink and seafood,
- salad with prosciutto cotto in Italian,
- pizza "San Daniele",
- ruschetta with prosciutto and strachatel,
- beef a la Planca with sauce demiglas,
- lamb baked in oven with couscous and sage.
Traditional Italian sweets and treats, like special tiramisu from home ricotta, are served. The emphasis is made on the assortment of selected Italian wines. Guests can enjoy the sound of live music in the evenings.
