Country restaurant Zafferano

Guests are greeted in a restaurant "Zafferano" on the territory of cottage town "Rivera Zoloche", located in the village of Vyshenki near Kyiv. Menu represents popular dishes of Italian cuisine in the author's presentation, cooked according to modern trends. Chefs cook dishes, based on fresh natural products, according to authentic recipes. The main emphasis is made on bruschettes, classical salads, pasta, home-made ravioli and thin pizza with various fillings. In addition, the restaurant has mozzarella bar, section with complex breakfasts and extensive grill menu. Specialties of the house include plateau of Italian delicacies, pork with rosemary, turkey with saffron and rosemary, as well as veal with capers. Coffee mixes, milkshakes, based on homemade ice-cream, smoothies and fresh juices are offered. The chef cooks original dish for dinner every Wednesday. There are author's dishes from seafood: lobsters, oysters, king shrimp on Thursdays. There is a shop at the restaurant, where guests can buy fresh bread, olive oil, semi-finished products and Italian cheeses. Еhere is a children's menu, as well as regular culinary master-classes are held for kids. Interior is decorated in modern style with soft cream shades, panoramic windows and live plants. The restaurant has open summer terrace, which overlooks the banks of the Dnipro and works in warm time of the year. There are two children's playgrounds, where they are constantly engaged by a professional animator.
