Description
In a reconstructed building belonging to the former Artificial Mineral Water founded in 1826 there is a cafe with features of Odessa life and culture called Franzol. The cafe has an open plan kitchen equipped with special ovens which are fenced off from the dining hall with a glass screen. Guests may order here different dishes of signature Odessa cuisine prepared following home recipes. Specialties of the house are forshmak, fried red mullet and home-made sausage. The cafe has a takeaway service.
