Restaurant "Suluguni" is located in the heart of Kyiv, near Evropeyska square.
Guests are greeted with original interior, which harmoniously combines modern style and traditional Georgian decor.
There is a duplex main hall, which consists of spacious area and balcony with small tables. In addition, "Suluguni" has wide bar counter, several separate cabins and stage.
The feature of the restaurant "Suluguni" is its open kitchen, where khinkali and grill dishes are cooked in front of the visitors. Menu represents Georgian dishes, which are cooked according to unique traditional recipes with addition of exclusively Georgian spices and seasonings.
There are homemade various sauces and dressings for dishes from menu.
Menu includes "Suluguni bar", where guests can find several grades of suluguni - milk, smoked, pigtail, suluguni "White rose".
Specialties of the house are:
- Ossetian chihirthm,
- Nigviziani salad of fresh vegetables with nut sauce,
- salad from Chef,
- Chkmeruli,
- Chahokhbili,
- Ojahuri,
- Khashlam in Kakhetian.
There are special desserts with traditional oriental delicacies, among which churchkheel and walnut cake, as well as homemade jam from the chef from watermelon, grapes, figs and melons.
The pride of the restaurant "Suluguni" is its extensive wine cellar. Several types of Georgian chacha are represented in menu.
Culinary master-classes for kids are held every Saturday, there children are taught to make khinkali.
