Restaurant “Atlas” opens its doors in the heart of the historical centre of Lviv, on Rynok square.
It is located in an ancient building, which was built in 1909. Interior is designed in modern style with elements of medieval stylisation. There are five originally designed halls: art hall Knights, Barrel, Grey, White and Green. Knights hall is decorated with portraits of Galician monarchs, massive leather sofas and armchairs. The authentic wall decoration is preserved, there are columns of sandstone and natural wooden furniture.
Menu offers authentic Galician cuisine, as well as traditional dishes of European, Polish and Ukrainian culinary, cooked by chef. Fresh meat and seafood are cooked on a hot lava stone.
Specialties of the house are
- cold snack, made of brynza, eggplant, courgette, sudzhuki and mozzarella mini,
- veal with cranberry sauce and baked potatoes,
- lamb with cheese and asparagus,
- salad with pear and prosciutto,
- goose leg with pear in wine,
- veal "Rossini Fuagra" with sauce demiglas,
- salmon fillet in honey glaze with chilli,
- river trout with dried olives and capers.
Guests can order complex breakfast every morning. In addition, menu has section with business-lunches and hot-stone menu. Exquisite European wine brands are offered.
