One of network restaurants "PESTO CAFE" is located on the second floor of shopping and entertainment centre "Ornament" on Pravdy avenue near the metro station "Minska".
Cozy interior is designed in warm terracotta and sand tones and recreates the atmosphere of traditional Italian trattoria. There are soft sofas with upholstery made of striped fabric, small tables, pots with live plants in the hall. Stand racks with kitchen utensils and jars with pickles are used as decor.
The restaurant has children's playroom with professional nanny, who plays with kids.
Menu is based on classical Italian dishes. The main emphasis is made on homemade pasta, thin pizza with different fillings, ravioli, bruschetta, risotto, salads and desserts.
Specialties of the house are:
- warm salad with grilled vegetables,
- pesto with bacon and mozzarella,
- burger "Pesto" with veal cutlet,
- tar-tar from salmon with caviar of flying fish, tomatoes and cheddar cheese,
- spaghetti with Carbonara sauce,
- duck leg with mashed potatoes and caramelised apple,
- rabbit in Italian style,
- ravioli with mushrooms in truffle creamy sauce,
- bruschettas with mozzarella cheese and tomato concasse,
- special soup "Minestrone".
Guests can order freshly baked Italian bread of two kinds: ciabatta and focaccia. Complex business-lunches are served at daytime on weekdays.
Children's menu is specially made for young guests.
A number of desserts is represented: special tiramisu, chocolate fondant with ice-cream and vanilla panna-cotta. The emphasis is on a variety of popular Italian brands of wine, as well as own tinctures: limoncello, cherry and raspberry.
There are homemade lemonades and special smoothies from seasonal berries and fruits, cherry compote and apple-strawberry drink "Mela Fragola". In addition, there is a section with various types of tea.
